Humm… how delicious! Ice cream, this cake is irresistible!

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 cans of peaches in syrup

  • 3 cups of fresh cream
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Drain and chop some peaches into small cubes. Reserve.
  2. Slice the rest of the peaches and set aside.
  3. Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan. Reserve.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  5. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Continue beating, add the wheat flour and cream.
  7. Add the yeast and reserved peach and mix.
  8. Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
  9. Remove and, while still hot, moisten the cake with the peach syrup.
  10. Let cool and unmold.

Preparation Mode Coverage

  1. Using a mixer, beat the cream with the sugar until it reaches a whipped cream consistency.
  2. Cover the cake and decorate with peach slices.
