Dough Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 can of cream
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 cans of peaches in syrup

Dough Preparation Method
- Drain and chop some peaches into small cubes. Reserve.
- Slice the rest of the peaches and set aside.
- Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar for approximately 10 minutes.
- Continue beating, add the wheat flour and cream.
- Add the yeast and reserved peach and mix.
- Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove and, while still hot, moisten the cake with the peach syrup.
- Let cool and unmold.

- Using a mixer, beat the cream with the sugar until it reaches a whipped cream consistency.
- Cover the cake and decorate with peach slices.
