Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 2 sifted gems
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 packet and a half of champagne cookie
  • 5 tablespoons rum
  • 1 can of peach in syrup
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk

Preparation mode

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in milk. Reserve.
  2. Chop the peaches in cubes and set aside some to decorate. Reserve.
  3. Mix the peach syrup with the rum. Reserve.
  4. Mix in a pan, the condensed milk, the mairons dissolved in milk, the egg yolks, the sugar and the butter.
  5. Bring to high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat, add the cream and mix well.
  7. In a round refractory, make a layer of wet cookies on the reserved syrup, a layer of cream and one of peaches.
  8. Make another layer of cookies and now one of peach and finally the cream.
  9. Decorate with sliced ​​peaches.
  10. Take to freeze for at least 5 hours.
