
Do you love peaches? So you can’t help but try this pave of peaches. A delight!
Ingredients
- ½ liter of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 2 sifted gems
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 packet and a half of champagne cookie
- 5 tablespoons rum
- 1 can of peach in syrup
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
Preparation mode
- Dissolve the cornstarch in milk. Reserve.
- Chop the peaches in cubes and set aside some to decorate. Reserve.
- Mix the peach syrup with the rum. Reserve.
- Mix in a pan, the condensed milk, the mairons dissolved in milk, the egg yolks, the sugar and the butter.
- Bring to high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add the cream and mix well.
- In a round refractory, make a layer of wet cookies on the reserved syrup, a layer of cream and one of peaches.
- Make another layer of cookies and now one of peach and finally the cream.
- Decorate with sliced peaches.
- Take to freeze for at least 5 hours.

Approximate yield of 12 portions.
Note that the second layer of the pave was made so that the last layer was the cream.
