A peach dessert that is a surprise and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of laminated puff pastry (purchased ready-made)
  • 2 cans of peaches in syrup
  • 3 cups of whipped cream
  • Sifted yolk
  • Leite

Preparation Mode

  1. Defrost the Puff Pastry according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Make aluminum foil bundles with raw beans. Reserve.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. Sprinkle a smooth surface with a little wheat flour.
  5. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and cut 6 cm squares.
  6. Place on a baking tray, place the bundles in the center of each dough.
  7. Mix the egg yolk with a little milk and brush over the dough.
  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Remove and let cool.
  10. Remove the bundles of raw beans.
  11. In the center of each dough, place a portion of whipped cream and cover with peach.
  12. Serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, to bake, you can place the dough in pie pans greased with butter.

Peaches can be used whole or chopped.

The package of laminated puff pastry contains 300 grams.
