Ingredients
- ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) of skinless peanuts, roasted and ground
- 2/3 (two thirds) cup (tea) of butter
- ½ cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 ovo
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Mix the wheat flour with the yeast and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a bowl, beat the butter, peanuts and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the egg and beat well.
- Add the reserved flour and yeast mixture and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- On an ungreased baking sheet, distribute the cookies, leaving space between them.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
- Remove from the baking sheet and let cool on a rack.
