Another bonbon that leaves you wanting more at any party or on special occasions on our calendar.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 cups of ground champagne biscuits
  • 2 cups of roasted and ground peanuts without skin
  • 2 cups of icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 whites

Preparation Mode

  1. Reserve o chocolate.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ingredients, stirring well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. With small portions, make several balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and, using a fork, coat all the balls.
  5. Place on baking paper and let dry.
  6. Pack each sweet in a paper mold.
  7. Serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can add a small amount of peanuts to the melted chocolate to coat the sweets.

You can also decorate the chocolates with peanuts.

Approximate yield of 25 units.
