Ingredients (1st version)

  • 1 seed-free finger pepper
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Beat the first 7 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in glass containers.

Mother Tips

Keep the pepper sauce in the refrigerator.
If you prefer, a stronger sauce, in any of the versions, do not remove the seeds from the pepper.

Ingredients (2nd version)

  • 8 seed-free finger peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 750 ml of red vinegar
  • 320 grams of tomato extract
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon shallow salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Green smell to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, beat all ingredients.
  2. Put the pepper sauce in previously sanitized glass vials.
