Ingredients

  • 1 packet of pineapple flavored gelatin
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of warm milk
  • Pineapple in syrup

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare some pineapple slices by draining and chopping them. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in the milk.
  3. In a blender, add the coconut milk, condensed milk and dissolved gelatin.
  4. Remove, add pineapple chunks and place in individual bowls.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Before serving, decorate with pineapple pieces.

Mom’s Tips

It looks great with pineapple chunks, but if you prefer, you can use pineapple chunks just for decoration.

Yields approximately 6 servings.
