Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal (tea)
- 3 and ½ cups (tea) of water
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- ½ cup of dry mushrooms
- warm water
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of funghi sauce water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Sauce Preparation Method
- Wash the Funghi and soak in warm water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the liquid, reserving 1 cup (tea) and cut it into small pieces.
- Melt the butter, add the Funghi, fry quickly and remove from the pan.
- Separately in the same pan, add the flour and stir constantly until golden.
- Add the reserved Funghi water, stir well and add the soy sauce, Funghi and salt.
- Prepare the polenta, place it in a baking dish and pour the finished sauce over it.
How to prepare Polenta
- Dissolve the cornmeal in 1 cup of water and set aside.
- Separately, heat the oil, fry the garlic, add the rest of the water and the dissolved cornmeal.
- Add the salt and cook the mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
