Dough Ingredients

  • 6 heaped tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ovo
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • Seasoning and salt to taste

Filling Ingredients

  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 200 grams of ham
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Chopped olives to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray with oil. Book.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  3. In a blender, blend all the dough ingredients.
  4. You will obtain a homogeneous dough that is not too soft; if necessary, add a little more wheat flour.
  5. Place half of the dough in the pan.
  6. Spread a little tomato sauce.
  7. Distribute the filling over the sauce.
  8. Cover with the rest of the dough.
  9. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can add another filling of your choice.
