Dough Ingredients
- 6 heaped tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- ½ cup (tea) oil
- 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ovo
- ½ chopped onion

- 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
- Seasoning and salt to taste
Filling Ingredients
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 200 grams of ham
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Chopped olives to taste
Preparation Mode
- Grease a baking tray with oil. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a blender, blend all the dough ingredients.
- You will obtain a homogeneous dough that is not too soft; if necessary, add a little more wheat flour.
- Place half of the dough in the pan.
- Spread a little tomato sauce.
- Distribute the filling over the sauce.
- Cover with the rest of the dough.
- Place in the oven to bake for approximately 30 minutes.

If you prefer, you can add another filling of your choice.
