Ingredients

  • 500 grams of instant noodles
  • 1 cup (tea) of cooked muscle meat in strips
  • 1 cup (tea) of leftover chicken
  • 1 cup (tea) of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup (tea) of soy sauce (shoyu)
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons soybean oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • 1 clove of minced garlic

Preparation Mode

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Heat a pan, preferably a wok, over high heat.
  3. Add half of the oil and fry the noodles.
  4. Remove, drain and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and fry the meat.
  6. Add the chicken, fry a little more, remove and set aside.
  7. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Set aside.
  8. In the same pan, brown the garlic.
  9. Add the broccoli, carrots and onion.
  10. Add the reserved meats, add the sugar and soy sauce.
  11. Cook for 1 minute and thicken with the dissolved cornstarch.
  12. Add the sesame oil and mix.
  13. Spread over the pasta.
  14. Serve.

Mom’s Tips
