- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 tablespoons soybean oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
- ½ tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ cup (tea) of water
- 1 clove of minced garlic
Preparation Mode
- Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
- Heat a pan, preferably a wok, over high heat.
- Add half of the oil and fry the noodles.
- Remove, drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil and fry the meat.
- Add the chicken, fry a little more, remove and set aside.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the garlic.
- Add the broccoli, carrots and onion.
- Add the reserved meats, add the sugar and soy sauce.
- Cook for 1 minute and thicken with the dissolved cornstarch.
- Add the sesame oil and mix.
- Spread over the pasta.
- Serve.
