Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 slice of Calabrian sausage, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 sliced ​​onions
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 4 sliced ​​potatoes
  • 1 carrot in slices
  • ½ cup chopped green chilli

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the chicken with pepper, salt, garlic and lemon juice.
  2. In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the chicken until lightly browned.
  3. Add the pepperoni, paprika, onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth, water, cover and cook for 8 minutes, after the pressure has started.
  5. Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
  6. Check that the pressure is gone, open the pan, add the potatoes and carrots.
  7. Check that the chicken is well salted.
  8. Cover with more water and cook with the pan covered for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
  9. Transfer the chicken to a platter.
  10. Sprinkle with green scent, decorate and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, add another vegetable of your choice to the dish.
