Easily prepare a delicious lunch to please the whole family!
Ingredients
- 1 kg of chicken thighs and drumsticks
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 slice of Calabrian sausage, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 4 sliced potatoes
- 1 carrot in slices
- ½ cup chopped green chilli
Preparation Mode
- Season the chicken with pepper, salt, garlic and lemon juice.
- In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the chicken until lightly browned.
- Add the pepperoni, paprika, onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, water, cover and cook for 8 minutes, after the pressure has started.
- Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
- Check that the pressure is gone, open the pan, add the potatoes and carrots.
- Check that the chicken is well salted.
- Cover with more water and cook with the pan covered for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
- Transfer the chicken to a platter.
- Sprinkle with green scent, decorate and serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, add another vegetable of your choice to the dish.
