Ingredients
- 500 grams of cleaned prawns, headless
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 1 seedless green pepper, chopped
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a frying pan, sauté the onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, tomato and pepper.
- Stir until it boils.
- Add the paprika, pepper, salt and shrimp.
- Once the shrimp are pink, let them cook for just 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the coriander.
Mom Tips
It is important to respect the cooking time for the prawns so that they do not become rubbery.
If you prefer, add a little palm oil.
