Different but no less tasty. Try this delicious version of ravioli!
Ingredients
- 1 package of cooked cheese ravioli
- 100 grams of Swiss cheese
- 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Ingredients Sauce
- 3 cups (tea) of milk
- 1 cup (tea) of preserved hearts of palm
- 1 cooked carrot, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 2 cute
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of black raisins
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Set aside the carrots and raisins.
- In a blender, beat the remaining sauce ingredients.
- Place the mixture in a pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Remove and, when warm, add the carrots, raisins and pieces of hearts of palm.
- In a baking dish, distribute the cooked ravioli.
- Spread the sauce on top.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, both types of cheese and the eggs.
- Spread over the ravioli.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
Mom’s Tips
If you prefer, you can add shredded cooked chicken to the ready-made sauce.
Yields approximately 4 servings.
