Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 7 tablespoons of sugar
  • 7 eggs
  • margarine spread
  • Wheat flour for greasing
  • Chocolate milk jam

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a 25cm x 35cm baking dish. Book.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Reserve some of the chocolate dulce de leche for decoration.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy.
  5. Add the sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the mixer and gently mix in the flour.
  7. Place on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and turn out onto a damp kitchen towel.
  9. Spread the rest of the chocolate dulce de leche and roll it up like a roulade with the help of the cloth.
  10. Place on a platter and decorate with dulce de leche.

Mom Tips

In good supermarkets you will find dulce de leche with chocolate.
