Ingredients
- 1 piece of white steak (lizard)
- 1 pepperoni sausage
- 2 carrots cut into sticks
- 200 grams of bacon
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cups of meat broth
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 12 potato balls
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Clean the steak and season with salt.
- With a sharp knife, make a hole in the middle of the piece along its entire length.
- Stuff the meat with sausage, carrots and bacon.
- In the pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides.
- Add the garlic, onion and sauté until it gains a little color.
- Add the meat broth, cover the pan, cook over low heat for approximately 40 minutes after the pressure starts.
- Remove the pressure and open the pan.
- Dilute the starch in the broth that has formed and let it cook with the pan uncovered for 5 minutes, or until the broth thickens.
- Transfer the meat to an ovenproof dish, slice and serve with the sauce.
- Cook potatoes with water and salt. Serve alongside the steak.
