An oriental cuisine stew for you to try. Very tasty!
Ingredients
- 200 grams of rump
- 300 grams of broccoli
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Cut the meat into small, uniform pieces. Set aside.
- Clean the broccoli and separate into small bouquets without the stem. Set aside.
- Cut the garlic into thin slices. Set aside.
- Wash the mushrooms under running water. Set aside.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water. Set aside.
- In a large pan, place the oil, place over medium heat and let it heat up.
- Add the garlic and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden.
- Add the mushroom and fry quickly, until it is well coated in oil.
- Add the meat, fry for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the meat changes color.
- Add rice vinegar, sesame oil, sake, water, sugar and mix well.
- Add the broccoli, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Once it boils, add the cornstarch, mix and let it boil again.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the meat is tender.
- Remove from heat.
Mom’s Tips
If you prefer, you can serve the stew in individual bowls: Distribute the stew ingredients in individual bowls. Keep the cooking broth on the heat until it reduces or thickens. Pour the broth into the bowls with the other ingredients and serve very hot.
