Avocado Salad with Shrimp
Ingredients
- Boiled shrimp
- Lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- Lemon juice
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
- spices to taste
Preparation mode
- Clean the lettuce and tomatoes.
- In a nonstick skillet, grill the shrimp in olive oil for 3 minutes.
- Peel, remove the pit and slice the avocado.
- Season the avocado with the lemon.
- Assemble the salad in a shallow bowl, season to taste and serve.
Mother’s tip
When grilling, the shrimp should be pink on the outside and moist on the inside.
Avocado smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons avocado pulp
- 1 cup of milk (curd type)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation mode
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Beat for 1 minute and serve immediately.
Mother’s Tips
You can sweeten the vitamin with sweetener, cane syrup or honey.
If the smoothie gets too thick, just add more milk to taste.
If you prefer, add a banana or mint leaves to the juice.
Avocado sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of avocado pulp
- ½ cup fresh ricotta
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- A bit of salt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Preparation mode
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Serve alongside vegetable salads and raw vegetables.
