Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of red fruits
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • ½ cup (tea) butter
  • 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare 4 rectangular pans measuring 16x7x8cm by greasing them or individual muffin tins.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder and bicarbonate. Book.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy, light cream.
  5. Whisking constantly, add the lemon zest and eggs one by one.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the yogurt.
  7. Remove from the mixer and add the fruits, mixing gently.
  8. Distribute the dough into molds or molds.
  9. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
  10. When baked in molds, remove them when they are warm.
