Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of red fruits
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- ½ cup (tea) butter
- 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
Preparation Mode
- Prepare 4 rectangular pans measuring 16x7x8cm by greasing them or individual muffin tins.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and bicarbonate. Book.
- Using a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy, light cream.
- Whisking constantly, add the lemon zest and eggs one by one.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the yogurt.
- Remove from the mixer and add the fruits, mixing gently.
- Distribute the dough into molds or molds.
- Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
- When baked in molds, remove them when they are warm.
