Whether in summer or winter, this temptation is irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 250 grams of seedless raisins
  • 1 cup (tea) of rum
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon of rum essence
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier

Preparation Mode

  1. Soak the raisins in the rum for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Book.
  2. In a blender, beat the milk, sugar, neutral alloy and essence for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours or until almost harden.
  4. Remove from the freezer, remove the plastic film, place the mixture in a bowl with a capacity of 5 liters.
  5. Add the cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, emulsifier and, using a mixer, beat for 15 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  6. Refrigerate again until it almost hardens.
  7. Drain the raisins, add them to the almost hardened ice cream mixture and mix with a spoon.
  8. Place in ice cream containers and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Mom Tips

Yield 4 liters.
