Easy and fast to make, the olive rustic bread is great for snack time. Try it!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 salt whistle
  • 1 table of fresh biological yeast (15 grams)
  • ¾ cup of warm water
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams of chopped ham
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ cup (tea) of pitty black olives, bites
  • 2 branches of chopped thyme
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup (tea) of milk (topping)
  • 1 beat gem (coverage)

Preparation mode

  1. Prepare your own shape for bread greeting and flourning it.
  2. Pre warm the oven at medium temperature.
  3. Dissolve the yeast, sugar, salt and 1 cup of wheat flour.
  4. Let it grow for 10 minutes.
  5. Add olive oil, ham, cheese, thyme and olives.
  6. Add the beaten eggs and gradually add the remaining wheat flour.
  7. Work the dough until it goes out of your hands.
  8. Put the dough in the pan and make 3 diagonal cuts spaced with each other and let it grow until doubled in volume.
  9. For the topping: Dilute the yolk in milk and brush the bread.
  10. After the bread grown and brushed with the diluted gem, take to bake.

Mother Tips

1 unit yield.

If you prefer, you can make bread without the use of the form. With the dough, make a ball and, with a knife, cut a cross on the surface, let it grow until doubled in volume and then brush with the diluted gem.

You can replace the ham with a cup or salami.
