Ruthless woman shot a baby and his parents while they were walking

A woman, identified as Dominique Billips is the prime suspect in the shooting of a baby and his family while walking on Meridian Street in Philadelphia, United States. The events occurred on July 18, 2024.

In an act of cowardice, The alleged attacker shot a baby and his parents in the back, shouting insults before fleeing the scene.

The baby, hit in the leg, He was quickly rescued by a neighbor and rushed to a nearby hospital, where his condition is reported as stable.

The parents, miraculously unharmed, fled the crime scene after the attack.

Philadelphia police responded promptly, spreading images of the attack captured by security cameras and leading to the arrest of Billips that same night.

The woman is currently facing charges for aggravated assault and violation of the uniform firearms law and other offenses.

“It was terrifying. That person just shot and left. The parents said they had a warrant and fled the area, so I took the baby,” a witness told local media.

After receiving urgent medical attention at the hospital, The baby is in care while authorities investigate the motive behind the attack.
