Ingredients

  • 1 packet of peeled bread
  • 200 grams of thin sliced ​​salami
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of creamy curd (200 grams)
  • 2 boxes of sour cream
  • Almonds in blades for decoration
  • Salami slices for decoration
  • Mozzarella slices for decoration

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, beat the cream and curd.
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, the grated mozzarella and mix with a spoon.
  4. Mount the pie on a platter or inside a 22 cm diameter removable rim.
  5. Intercale layers of bread, cream and salami.
  6. Press with a spoon.
  7. Finish with the cream cheese.
  8. Decorate the sides of the pie with almonds.
  9. Decorate the pie on top with the mozzarella and salami slices.
  10. Take to freeze for at least 4 hours.
