Ingredients
- 2 or 3 pieces of salmon
- 8 tablespoons sake / vodka
- 4 tablespoons English sauce
- 2 tablespoons shoyo
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Rice
Preparation mode
- Put in a plastic bag half the amount of the drink, English sauce, shoyo, mustard and olive oil.
- Add salmon, mix and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

- Heat the drink in a pan and boil to evaporate alcohol.
- Then add the same ingredients as the marinade and let it heat.
- Grill the salmon, throwing the broth on top to caramelize and give more flavor. Thickens the sauce.
- Put the rice underneath, then the salmon in slices and throw the sauce.
Mother Tips
You can replace sake with vodka.
The ideal time of salmon in the refrigerator is 4 hours.
