The practicality of the skewer with the taste of salmon.
Ingredients
- Skin -free salmon without pimples
- 1 tablespoon (coffee) salt
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 pepperoni pepper
- 2 spoons (coffee) sesame
- 1 tablespoon (coffee) cumin
- 1 Sicilian Lemon
- barbecue sticks
Preparation mode
- Mix salt, oregano, pepper, sesame and cumin. Reserve.
- Soak the toothpicks in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut the salmon diced and set aside.
- Slice lemon in very thin slices.
- Set up the skewers interspersing the salmon and lemon slices bent in the middle.
- Rub olive oil on skewers and the spice mixture.
- In a skillet over medium heat, grill the skewers.
