Ingredients

  • Skin -free salmon without pimples
  • 1 tablespoon (coffee) salt
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 pepperoni pepper
  • 2 spoons (coffee) sesame
  • 1 tablespoon (coffee) cumin
  • 1 Sicilian Lemon
  • barbecue sticks

Preparation mode

  1. Mix salt, oregano, pepper, sesame and cumin. Reserve.
  2. Soak the toothpicks in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the salmon diced and set aside.
  4. Slice lemon in very thin slices.
  5. Set up the skewers interspersing the salmon and lemon slices bent in the middle.
  6. Rub olive oil on skewers and the spice mixture.
  7. In a skillet over medium heat, grill the skewers.
