Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- ½ cup (tea) of oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- White and red fondant
Dough Preparation Method
- Prepare the cupcake pan by lining it with paper liners.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil for 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add the flour and yeast and mix well.
- Distribute the dough into the molds, leaving a 1 cm border.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove, unmold and let cool.
- Using a piping bag, decorate the cupcakes with whipped cream.
- Using fondant, shape Santa’s hood.
- Place the hood on the cupcake when serving.
