Ingredients
- 1 kg of medium prawns, clean and cut to the butterfly
- 2 bottles of coconut milk
- Shrimp broth
- ½ cup of palm oil
- 2 medium onions cut into large pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes cut into large pieces
- 1 large pepper cut into large pieces
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- Ground white pepper
- Coriander and Chives
Preparation mode
- Season the shrimp with white pepper, salt and set aside.
- In a blender, beat tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic and coconut milk.
- Put the mixture in a large pan, bring to high heat and boil until reduced in volume.
- In the sauce, add the shrimp broth and tempered prawns.
- Drizzle with palm oil and boil for about 5 minutes.
- Prove the salt and correct if necessary.
- Remove the pan from the fire, season with chopped chives, coriander and serve immediately.
