Ingredients

  • 1 kg of medium prawns, clean and cut to the butterfly
  • 2 bottles of coconut milk
  • Shrimp broth
  • ½ cup of palm oil
  • 2 medium onions cut into large pieces
  • 2 medium tomatoes cut into large pieces
  • 1 large pepper cut into large pieces
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • Ground white pepper
  • Coriander and Chives

Preparation mode

  1. Season the shrimp with white pepper, salt and set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic and coconut milk.
  3. Put the mixture in a large pan, bring to high heat and boil until reduced in volume.
  4. In the sauce, add the shrimp broth and tempered prawns.
  5. Drizzle with palm oil and boil for about 5 minutes.
  6. Prove the salt and correct if necessary.
  7. Remove the pan from the fire, season with chopped chives, coriander and serve immediately.
