Practical and delicious recipe! The cake that comes out of the oven is ready!
Dough Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 egg whites
- 2 excited
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Grated coconut to taste for sprinkling
Filling Ingredients
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- ½ tablespoon of butter
- 1 echo
Filling preparation method
In a pan, mix the filling ingredients and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until you obtain a firm cream. Let it cool and set aside.
How to prepare the bowl
- Start making the cake when the filling is cold.
- Grease a 35 cm diameter pan. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter.
- Add the milk and wheat flour alternately. Remove from the mixer.
- Add, gently mixing the egg whites and, finally, the yeast.
- Place the dough in the mold and, on top, the cold filling.
- Sprinkle the grated coconut and spread the condensed milk on top.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Mom Tips
Do not substitute butter for margarine.
You can, if you prefer, use fresh grated coconut. In this case, store the cake in the refrigerator.
