Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the meat with the green scent and salt. Book.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, pass them through a blender and then through a coarse sieve.
  3. Cook in a pan until it boils.
  4. Add the salt and butter. Book.
  5. Dissolve the meat broth in two glasses of hot water. Book

  8. Gradually add the prepared meat broth.
