Ingredients

  • ½ kg of spaghetti
  • Enough water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) olive oil
  • ½ cup of walnuts
  • 2 ice cubes

Preparation Mode

  1. Wash the basil leaves well, dry them and place them in a blender with the garlic, walnuts and parmesan. Book.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until it is al dente.
  3. In the blender, add the ice cubes and blend until everything is finely ground.
  4. Add, little by little, the olive oil without stopping beating until you obtain a paste. Book.
  5. Drain the water from the spaghetti, mix it with the pasta and serve.

Approximate yield of 5 servings.
