Ingredients

  • 500 grams of skinless, boneless chicken meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 and ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • 200 grams of sliced ​​bread cubes
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the chicken with ready-made seasoning, basil and black pepper.
  2. Season the bread cubes with powdered poultry seasoning to taste, olive oil and black pepper. Book.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. In a refractory dish, spread the creamy cheese.
  5. Then distribute the chicken on top.
  6. Spread tomato sauce on top.
  7. Distribute the grated mozzarella all over the plate.
  8. Lastly, the seasoned bread cubes.
  9. Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  11. Remove, cover with aluminum foil and leave in the oven for another 20 minutes.
  12. Serve then.

Mom Tips

Croutons = seasoned bread cubes. Excellent to accompany soups, salads, escondidinhos, etc. Homemade croutons can be kept in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
