Ingredients

Mix the two ingredients well and set aside.

Croquetic preparation way

  2. Add water, broth, butter, salt, pepper and bring to medium heat until boiling.
  3. Add the flour pouring it at once, stirring until it loosen from the bottom of the pan. Let cool.

  5. Pass each croquette in cold water and then breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry the croquettes gradually, in hot oil, until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve then.
