Ingredients
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 vegetable broth cube
- 1 can of drained green corn
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Kingdom pepper to taste
- Cold water to bread

- Oil
Filling ingredients
- Ā½ cup of crushed salami
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
Filling way of preparing
Mix the two ingredients well and set aside.
Croquetic preparation way
- In a blender, beat the corn with milk until smooth and then put the mixture in a pan.
- Add water, broth, butter, salt, pepper and bring to medium heat until boiling.
- Add the flour pouring it at once, stirring until it loosen from the bottom of the pan. Let cool.
- Open a small portion of pasta in the palm, put 1 teaspoon of stuffing and close, modeling the croquette.
- Pass each croquette in cold water and then breadcrumbs.
- Fry the croquettes gradually, in hot oil, until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve then.
