Ingredients
- ½ kg of ground beef
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 50 ml of oil
- 50 grams of chopped green chilli
- ½ liter of milk
- 120 grams of wheat flour
- 1 medium chayote
- 1 large carrot
- 2 medium cassava
- 1 large potato
- 2 medium peeled tomatoes, chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation Mode
- Reserve the tomatoes.
- Cook the vegetables together.
- Knead well and set aside.
- Sauté the ground beef in oil until it is very loose.
- Add the seasonings little by little.
- Add the tomatoes.
- After everything is well cooked, add the crushed vegetables and milk.
- When this mixture boils, add the wheat flour all at once and stir until it comes out of the pan.
- Let it cool a little.
- Shape the croquettes.
- Dip in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in very hot oil.
