Prepare a special Hot Dog. Even the biscuit is homemade. Easy to make and very tasty!
Ingredients
- 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cups of warm milk
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 15 grams of fresh organic yeast
- 2 excited

- French fries to taste
Filling Ingredients
- 50 mini sausages
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup mustard
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a large baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the warm milk, yeast, margarine, oil, salt and sugar.
- Pour into a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour.
- Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. If necessary, add a little more wheat flour.
- Cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small portions, shape into little tubes and brush with egg yolk, beaten with a little milk.
- Place the biscuits on the baking tray and place in the oven to bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Sauce Preparation Method
- Clean the sausages in boiling water. Drain and place them on a plate.
- In a pan, place the tomato sauce, half a glass of water and the sausages to cook until softened.
Hot Dog Assembly
- Open the tubes in half.
- Stuff them with sausages in sauce.
- Decorate with ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Top with straw potatoes or serve with homemade fries.
Mom Tips
When buying sausages, whether packaged or loose from the butcher, always rinse them in boiling water before using them. Discard this water.
Yield of 50 units for small tubes.
For larger tubes, use the traditional size sausage.
