Ingredients

  • 3 slices of pepperoni sausage, sliced
  • 3 sliced ​​onions
  • ¼ cup (tea) of cachaça
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Heat a large frying pan with half the oil over medium heat.
  2. Saute the pepperoni, stirring for 10 minutes or until golden. Set aside on a plate.
  3. Add the rest of the oil to the frying pan and fry the onion over low heat until golden.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the pepperoni and keep warm over low heat.
  6. Add the cachaça and sauté until it evaporates.
  7. Transfer to a platter and serve.

Yields 4 servings.

Serve sprinkled with chopped chives and lemon wedges.
