A very familiar dish that brings the family together for typical weekend lunches. Hmm…it’s very good!!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of zucchini
  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 150 grams of grated low-fat cheese
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can of drained corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the zucchini.
  2. Cut them into slices, cook them in salted water, drain them, reserving the broth.
  3. Dilute the corn flour in 250 ml of the zucchini cooking broth.
  4. Cook on fire until it thickens.
  5. Season with pepper and chives.

Assembling the Lasagna

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Grease a refractory pan with olive oil.
  3. Make alternating layers of lasagna sheets, corn, zucchini, low-fat cheese and white sauce.
  4. Finish with the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place in the oven to brown for approximately 25 minutes.
  7. Remove, decorate to taste and serve.

Mom Tips

Always turn on the oven 10 minutes before placing the dish to bake; It’s preheating.
