Learn how to make an easy, attractive, refreshing and very tasty strawberry dessert.
Ingredients
- 10 fresh strawberries, cleaned and chopped
- 100 grams of cream
- 1 packet of unflavored red gelatin powder
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 cute
Ingredients Syrup
- 10 fresh, cleaned strawberries
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation Mode
- In a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the powdered milk and sugar.
- Place the mixture in a bain-marie.
- Bring to a boil, add the milk and stir constantly until it thickens.
- Remove from heat.
- Hydrate the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and dissolve in a bain-marie.
- Add to the cream and let cool.
- Add the cream and strawberries.
- Place in individual cups and refrigerate until firm.
- Decorate as desired.
Syrup Preparation Method
- Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Serve with or over a chilled dessert.
Mom’s Tips
Avoid buying large strawberries, as larger ones may indicate the presence of pesticides in the crop.
When decorating sweets with strawberries, soak them in a solution of water and vinegar for a few minutes. In addition to cleaning them, it makes them look prettier.
