Learn how to make an easy, attractive, refreshing and very tasty strawberry dessert.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh strawberries, cleaned and chopped
  • 100 grams of cream
  • 1 packet of unflavored red gelatin powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 cute

Ingredients Syrup

  • 10 fresh, cleaned strawberries
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation Mode

  1. In a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the powdered milk and sugar.
  2. Place the mixture in a bain-marie.
  3. Bring to a boil, add the milk and stir constantly until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Hydrate the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and dissolve in a bain-marie.
  6. Add to the cream and let cool.
  7. Add the cream and strawberries.
  8. Place in individual cups and refrigerate until firm.
  9. Decorate as desired.

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Remove and let cool.
  3. Serve with or over a chilled dessert.

Mom’s Tips

Avoid buying large strawberries, as larger ones may indicate the presence of pesticides in the crop.

When decorating sweets with strawberries, soak them in a solution of water and vinegar for a few minutes. In addition to cleaning them, it makes them look prettier.
