Dough Ingredients
- 50 grams of wheat flour

- 4 eggs

Strawberry Sauce Ingredients
- 150 grams of strawberry
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Preparation Mode
- Grease a baking tray with butter and flour.
- Line the bottom with baking paper and grease the paper as well.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder. Book.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until they start to foam.
- Gradually add the sugar and beat until you get a firm, shiny mixture. Book.
- Beat the egg yolks until they are tripled in volume.
- Gently add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites.
- Add the dry ingredients in three steps, stirring gently.
- Add the coconut milk and mix well.
- Add the rest of the egg whites and stir gently.
- Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Remove and turn out onto a kitchen towel.
Filling preparation method
- Beat the cream with the essence and sugar until you get firm peaks. Book.
- Cut the strawberries. Book.
Sauce Preparation Method
- In a blender, blend the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice.
- Sift. Book.
Assembly
- On one third of the dough, spread the whipped cream.
- On top, distribute the strawberries.
- Carefully roll the roulade so it doesn’t break.
- Place the roulade on a rectangular platter.
- Sprinkle with sugar, decorate and serve with the sauce.
Mom Tips
Clean the fruit well. Leave the strawberries, after washing, immersed in 1 liter of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, vinegar or baking soda. Remove and rinse under running water.
Know that because it is rich in water, strawberries have a diuretic action and low caloric value.
