Sweet tarts are easy to make, delicious and can very well replace traditional sweets.
Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 grams of margarine
- 1 level teaspoon of salt
- 2 excited
- Strawberry jam
Filling Ingredients
- 1 box of strawberries cut in half
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons of cold water
Dough Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven.
- Separate individual molds measuring 7cm in diameter.
- In a bowl, mix the margarine with 5 tablespoons of condensed milk and reserve the rest.
- Add the flour, egg yolks and salt, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Separate small portions of dough and line the bottom and sides of the molds.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
Filling preparation method
- Sprinkle the gelatin in cold water and dissolve in a bain-marie.
- In a blender, beat the remaining condensed milk with the dissolved gelatin and cream cheese.
- Fill the tartlets and decorate with strawberries cut in half.
- Brush the tartlets with the jam.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Know that: In addition to being tasty, strawberries are very nutritious, rich in mineral salts (especially iron) and have a large amount of salicylic acid, which helps in the treatment of rheumatism and gout.
