Ingredients Dough
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) of warm milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 cute
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Ingredients Topping
- 1 cup (tea) of strawberry jam
- 1 cup (tea) of chopped strawberries
- Sour cream (optional)
- Strawberries for decoration
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature
- Grease and flour a 26 cm diameter pan.
- In a mixer, beat all the dough ingredients.
- Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold.
- Mix the chopped strawberries with the jelly and cover the cake.
- Decorate as desired.
Mom’s Tips
If you prefer, mix the strawberries with the jelly and cream for the topping. Cover the cake and refrigerate.
