Very popular and easy to make, stroganoff cannot be missing from your menu!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons of brandy
- 1 can of cream
- 2 peeled and seedless tomatoes, chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, heat the oil with the butter and fry the chicken.
- Add the onion to brown it.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
- Next, add the mustard, ketchup and mix.
- Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and add the cream.
- Remove the pan from the heat, drizzle with brandy and garnish with parsley.
Mom Tips
Approximate yield of 6 servings.
Serve the stroganoff with potato chips or straw.

Flamed cognac: Be careful when carrying out the procedure. Use a long-handled ladle and heat it on the stove flame. Remove from the heat, pour the amount of brandy into the ladle and return to the flame and when it catches fire, add it to the pan containing the meat.
Note: be careful with the bottle of cognac, keep it well away from the stove flame, please!
