This is a recipe to make your lunch or dinner easier. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 package of onion soup
  • ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • 300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying

Preparation mode

  1. In a deep pan, add plenty of oil and heat until hot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the first three ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  3. Take small portions of dough in your hand and roll them out into a circle.
  4. Add some mozzarella and shape into a meatball.
  5. Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towel.

Mom Tips

Moisten your hands with water to shape the meatballs, so the meat doesn’t stick to your hands.

Serve with your favorite sauce.
