Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 Beatted Eggs
- Sunflower oil
Syrup ingredients
- 1 bottle of port wine
- 1 cup of sugar
- Cinnamon to sprinkle
- Sugar to sprinkle
Preparation mode
- Cut the baguette into slices with two fingers wide and set aside.
- Lightly beat eggs with milk.
- Pass the slices in this mixture and fry in very hot oil.
- Remove and let it drain on paper towels.
- Arrange the french toast on a plate, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Reserve.
Syrup preparation
- Put in a pan, wine and sugar.
