Ingredients

  • 500 grams of loin (pork)
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 cup (tea) of chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, skinned and seeded
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons red vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 cups (tea) of oil
  • 4 slices of pineapple in syrup, drained

Preparation Mode

  1. Cut the pepper into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and set aside.
  3. Remove excess fat from the tenderloin and cut into 1-inch cubes. Set aside.
  4. Place the bell pepper, garlic and carrot in a bowl and set aside,
  5. In a bowl, beat the egg lightly, add the chicken broth, wheat flour, cornstarch and salt.
  6. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. Set aside.
  7. In another bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Set aside.
  8. Preheat the oven to a low temperature.
  9. Heat a frying pan with oil.
  10. Place the meat in the bowl with the egg mixture and mix.
  11. When the oil is hot, add half of the meat and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  12. Place in a baking dish and place in the oven.
  13. Fry the remaining meat and also place it in the dish that is in the oven.
  14. In another frying pan, place a tablespoon of the oil used to fry the meat. Heat.
  15. Add the pepper mixture and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  16. Add the vinegar mixture and let it boil for 1 minute.
  17. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir to avoid lumps.
  18. Cook until thickened.
  19. Add the pineapple and let it heat up.
  20. Remove the sauce from the heat and pour over the meat.
  21. Serve immediately.
