
My recipe for homemade curd, I hope you enjoy it because I only use it when my recipes take curd, I do not buy I do them!
Ingredients
- 3 glasses of milk
- 1 glass of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 3 tablespoons full of margarine
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 box of sour cream
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode
- Dissolve the cornstarch in milk.
- In a pan, over low heat, put the mixture of milk with cornstarch, margarine, grated cheese.
- Stir well until you get a thick porridge.
- Turn off the heat, put the cream and mix well.
Tânia Tips
Measure the milk in a large “curd type” glass.
Measure the cornstarch in a small “jam type” glass.
Reserve in pots after cooling and placed refrigerator.
