The layered dessert and flagship of the best bakeries, Tiramisu cheesecake cannot be missing from your menu.
Ingredients
- 20 English biscuits
- 175 grams of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of very strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur
- 750 grams of mascarpone
- 150 grams of sugar
- 3 cute
- 40 grams of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons of grappa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation Mode
- Line a 23 cm diameter pan with baking paper.
- Arrange the cookies on the base of the pan.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 200ÂşC.
- In a food processor, beat the mascarpone, egg yolks and sugar until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Separate 1/3 in another bowl, add the flour, grappa and vanilla and mix well.
- Add the melted chocolate, coffee and liqueur to the mascarpone in the food processor and blend to combine.
- Pour into a large bowl.
- Add 2/3 of the beaten egg whites to the chocolate mixture and 1/3 to the white mixture.
- Spread the chocolate batter over the cookies.
- Cover with the white mixture.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- Let it cool inside the oven with the door ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Decorate as desired.

Mascarpone is a variety of cheese with a very creamy consistency.
Grappa = Alcoholic drink of Italian origin.
Fun fact: In good Italian restaurants, it is becoming a habit to enjoy a glass of Grappa mixed with espresso after a meal.
You can decorate the cheesecake with chocolate powder and chocolate-flavored ice cream topping or with chocolate shavings sprinkled with icing sugar.
