Nothing is lost! Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec showed it on Instagram. If you saw too much cod or if you were looking for an idea to cook it differently, the chef shared a perfect recipe: “And what do we do with cod crumbs? Little mishaps! I cooked a nice cod on the edge yesterday for lunch, but I had assumed our appetite. So with the few leftovers, I made some snacks in 5 minutes to snack on as an aperitif. Shall I give you the recipe?”asks the chef in the caption of her Instagram post.
