
This is a turkey version that makes the party even more special and appetizing! In the recipe tips there is another successful suggestion. Check it out and try it!
Ingredients
- 1 5 kg turkey
- 1 bottle of white wine
- 1/3 cup of English sauce
- 1/3 cup mustard
- ¼ cup of oregano
- ¼ cup green smell
- ¼ cup of thyme
Ingredients for caramelted apples
- 12 small apples
- 3 cups of sugar
- ½ cup of water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Preparation mode
- Mix the herbs and set aside.
- Set the turkey in a baking dish and bathe it with the wine, the English sauce and the mustard.
- Distribute the herbs mixture throughout the turkey and cover with aluminum foil.
- Take to bake at high temperature for 4 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Sometimes water the turkey with the broth that forms on the baking dish.
- Once baked, remove the foil and bake until golden brown.
Preparation for caramelted apples
- Remove the seeds from the apples and set aside.
- Bring to heat, water, vinegar, ketchup and sugar.
- Stir until all sugar dissolves.
- Put the apples in the pan, cover and cook over medium heat, for 20 minutes or until soft.
