This is a turkey version that makes the party even more special and appetizing! In the recipe tips there is another successful suggestion. Check it out and try it!

Ingredients

  • 1 5 kg turkey
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1/3 cup of English sauce
  • 1/3 cup mustard
  • ¼ cup of oregano
  • ¼ cup green smell
  • ¼ cup of thyme

Ingredients for caramelted apples

  • 12 small apples
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Preparation mode

  1. Mix the herbs and set aside.
  2. Set the turkey in a baking dish and bathe it with the wine, the English sauce and the mustard.
  3. Distribute the herbs mixture throughout the turkey and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Take to bake at high temperature for 4 hours or until the meat is tender.
  5. Sometimes water the turkey with the broth that forms on the baking dish.
  6. Once baked, remove the foil and bake until golden brown.

Preparation for caramelted apples

  1. Remove the seeds from the apples and set aside.
  2. Bring to heat, water, vinegar, ketchup and sugar.
  3. Stir until all sugar dissolves.
  4. Put the apples in the pan, cover and cook over medium heat, for 20 minutes or until soft.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 6 portions.

Fresh or caramelized apples decorate the bird so appreciated at Christmas.
