Ingredients
- 1 cup fine textured soy protein
- 1 cup crumbled stale French bread
- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 ovo
- Chopped green flavor to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 box of cream
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, place the soy protein, cover with water and let it soak for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn off, let cool and drain. Squeeze to remove all excess water.
- Add the bread, zucchini, potatoes, green beans, egg, flour, green chillies and salt.
- Mix and shape the burgers.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Book.
- In a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the burgers until golden on both sides.
- Transfer to a platter and serve with the sauce.
