Ingredients

  • 3 cups (tea) of peeled, cubed potatoes
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of peeled carrots, cubed
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sliced ​​green beans
  • 2 cups (tea) of mayonnaise
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • 4 chopped boiled eggs
  • Chopped green onions to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Place a large pot of salted water over high heat.
  2. Let it boil.
  3. Add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the potato and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the green beans and let cook until all the vegetables are cooked al dente.
  6. Remove, drain and rinse under running water to stop the cooking process.
  7. Place in a salad bowl, add the eggs, mayonnaise, peas, pepper, chives and salt.
  8. Mix gently.
  9. If you prefer, decorate with parsley sprigs and olives.
  10. Refrigerate.
  11. Serve.
