
Spanish tortilla means “small pie”, or “small cake” and, besides being easy to make is very tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup fresh pea
- 1 onion cut into slices
- 1 cup chopped palm heart
- 1 cup of pre -cooked pod
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup (tea) of minced green smell
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Kingdom pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- In a container, mix the palm, pea, carrot, onion, pod, green smell, pepper and salt. Reserve.
- In the mixer, beat the eggs.
- Without stopping, add the flour.
- Put the mixture in the reserved container and mix.
- In an omelette, heat the olive oil, put the dough and spray with the cheese.
- Cook over low heat for about 8 minutes.
- Turn the omelette tree and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove, place in a round taveslae and serve then.
Mother Tips
Wheat flour can be replaced by breadcrumbs.
Use pre -cooked or retaining fresh pea (without water).
Omelettem are two skillets that fit by providing the easy handling when turning your tortilla, fried, or omelets. You will find in household items.
Serve with white rice and leaves salad.
You can add cheese of your choice to pieces and you can also replace the vegetables with shrimp, boiled and shredded chicken or cod.
